We are equipped with all-copper facilities from New Zealand brands and gas-fired hot water systems. The walls are painted with Resene safe and odorless paint from New Zealand, which is both healthy and environmentally friendly.
Flexible Lease Options
Standard Lease: We usually recommend a lease of over one year for a stable living experience.
Flexible Arrangements: However, we understand special circumstances. Leases of over three months are also acceptable. Under extremely difficult special conditions, leases of over one month can be considered (please inform us before moving in).
